You've set off on an adventure but taken an arrow in the knee? Tired of wandering through the forest and risking death at every turn? Having to share your booty with your comrades, or even put up with them? I've got the solution! At N-NPC Inc.

We're offering you a job unlike any other, and highly overpaid if you ask me. You're no longer going to be the one who suffers from all kinds of quest givers who send you here and there... You're going to be the one giving the quests!
The agency is offering you a dozen trial days to show us that you've got the guts to send heroes into danger you'll never have to face again. Enjoy your drink while you send the heroes to do your work for you...

However, I must warn you that sending too many heroes to their deaths will lead to a loss of notoriety, which, if it becomes too serious, will result in exclusion and immediate dismissal!
The same applies if you find yourself in debt after a day's work... We're kind enough to allow you to get into debt before the heroes come back, but I hope for your sake that they don't fail or that they're worth enough... I wish you good luck in your new mission!

And don't forget, at N-NPC Inc. we grant you a quest change every 3 days, and they can't be accumulated, so use them wisely! At the end of your trial period, on or off the trial date, you'll receive a grade based on your work, so you can show off to others... or be laughed at.

But remember, have fun! You can try as many times as you like... As long as you have the patience, of course.

N.B.: This game is mouse-only at the moment, and there may be an update to add the Joystick, so don't hesitate to let us know what you think.

N.B 2 : This game was created during GMTK Game Jam 2023 with the theme of Roles Reversed by a team of 3 people. You can find the credits in the game.

Very cool! It's a recurring idea that I've seen on the participants, but I find the execution much better than what I've seen from others in the same style.

GG!
